Sen. Steve Hobbs, D-Lake Stevens, toured the 3 Phase Energy Systems plant in Auburn recently to learn about the company's new innovations that could create green jobs for Washingtonians and improve the environment.

According to the company, 3 Phase manufactures and markets innovative solutions that capture potential energy from overlooked, undiscovered, underutilized or wasteful processes in businesses and factories today. The company is currently working on a system that will allow businesses to regenerate energy efficiently.

Sen. Hobbs has a strong interest in renewable energy and has worked on legislation promoting this type of innovation.
