Sen. Ken Jacbosen speaks about his bill that would create a festival of the works by Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright August Wilson, best known for his 10-play series, The Pittsburgh Cycle. The festival would be modeled after Oregon’s annual Shakespeare Festival.
