Senate leaders will propose a supplementary operating budget for the 2011-13 biennium as well as discuss strategies for job creation and reform efforts at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday on the Capitol Campus.

Presenters will include Sen. Lisa Brown, the Senate majority leader; Sen. Ed Murray, chair of the Senate Ways & Means Committee; Sen. Derek Kilmer, the committee's vice chair; and Sen. Jim Hargrove, who has long led the Senate's efforts to reform government services.
