Note: On Friday, January 14th, the Senate Judiciary Committee held a public hearing on Senate Bill 5011, legislation White is sponsoring aimed toward increasing criminal punishments for offenses committed because the victim was perceived to be homeless.  Many advocates attended the public hearing and provided extremely compelling testimony to the committee.  Click here to watch the hearing.
